At Pizza Maxime , we offer 100% artisanal pizzas for delivery and take away.
Our pizzeria is located at 12 Place Jean Mermoz , 83120 Sainte-Maxime.
Our pizzas are artisanal, we make and knead pizza dough every day in order to have an excellent quality base.
The toppings of the pizzas are made from fresh products only and cooked by us! Nothing better to really enjoy your pizza at home.
All our pizzas are cooked over a wood fire!
We made this choice, quite simply because in terms of taste, it is undeniable, cooking pizzas over a wood fire brings several advantages.
From a taste point of view, you will surely have guessed it, but this type of cooking allows the pizza to contain a slight smell of wood, a unique scent very appreciated that you will find in our pizzas.
Also, this cooking allows the different fillings to cook slowly, which allows the dough to cook evenly.
The pizza dough is the basis of a pizza success!
At our place, it is homemade by the hands of our pizza maker.
The choice of flour, yeast and maturation time is very important: our pizza maker considers the dough as something living which evolves, among other things, depending on the flour, temperature, humidity and which must therefore arrive maturing before use. That’s why we let our pizza dough rest for at least 24 hours …

At home or at your workplace, Pizza Maxime delivers to you at a price of € 1 per order trip.
